Introduction
AAT Hardener FH 300 is a low viscosity additive especially designed for enhanced load bearing and for flame laminable Foams. It increases Polymer modulus, allowing processing at lower indexes.

Foam Properties
The hardness of the foam will increase by 10 to 25 %, when replacing 5 to10 parts of any polyether polyol by AAT hardener FH 300. The tensile and elongation properties of the foam will improve when the additives is used. Foams containing AAT hardener FH 300 may have somewhat lower resilience and higher compression set values especially then the air flow is decreased.
AAT Hardener 300 is suitable in a density range between 10 and 30 kg/m³.
