Product Description
AAT STAB-8183 is an alkyl-pendant type, non-hydrolysable Organosilicone stabilizer for flexible polyurethane foams.
AAT STAB -8183 is specifically designed for excellent foam stability in the production of conventional flexible foams of extremely low density where high loading with blowing agents tends to destabilize these foams.
AAT STAB -8183 provides Stability, while yielding foams with good breathability. This silicone is also designed for maximum stability in blends with water and amine catalysts; such blends show unchanged performance over several weeks.
The superiority of AAT STAB -8183 over current competitive silicones has been demonstrated in bench and full-scale machine trials in typical low density, flexible urethane slabstock formulations in use throughout the World.
